We are committed to providing authentic, high-quality cosmetics products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care items and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery.
The only exception applies to damaged or defective items received during shipping, under the following conditions:
Any damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photos of the damaged product along with the order number must be provided.
After 24 hours from delivery, no return, exchange, or compensation requests will be accepted.
Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
